I want to know which one is the Best software do design websites and web graphics, flash objects etc.
If one software is not sufficient for all this, then please recommend all softwares we need to make a website, design graphics and flash objects for the same.

if professional, i recommend Adobe CS4
if for personal usage, i recommend getting a mac.
also mac built in apps won’t do flash. so i guess mac isn’t your choice. although adobe applications run much better on a mac (true for all apps. for professional jobs i always recommend unix derivative platform. it could be a mac or linux. mac is just more user friendly)
EDIT: yes, i am recommending you to shift to unix platform if you are not already on it. if you don’t want to change hardware and invest in a mac, then too, you should seriously give linux a thought…
Adobe illustrator is probably the best for design work and creating assets for Flash
Flash is vector based, so all your graphics should be created as vectors.
Adobe photoshop is used to manipulate bitmap graphics.
For website graphics, you would probably design in illustrator and then import into photoshop and finalise the graphics there. Or you can just design in photoshop directly quite adequately (but strictly speaking, its not a design program). In a way, its depends on the specific requirements of the project you are working on.
For website stuff, also checkout Adobe Fireworks for processing images and reducing filesizes.
You can only draw directly in Flash quite adequately, if just doing flash graphics.
